
Rachel Sherrell
Administrative Assistant & Caseworker
Rachel Sherrell works with the Third District as the Administrative Assistant and Caseworker for the West/Metro Los Angeles Field Office. She graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a degree in Political Science.
Her experience comes from years of interning in both State and Federal offices. This includes working as a Sacramento Semester Student where she led all work on A.B. 2537 (V.M. Perez). A.B. 2537 took the first steps towards repealing Zero Tolerance in public schools and was signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown in 2012.
During her spare time, Rachel enjoys drinking gourmet coffee and relaxing with her dog Moose. She has long seen herself with a career in public service and is proud to be a representative for the people of the Third District.
